I need to really start catching up. I got all of my websites found, just need to write the actual webliography. I need to finish up all the late work I haven't turned in tonight, along with alot of work for other classes, and finally hopefully be all caught up by Friday.

Sagamore Hotel in Bolton Landing, New York
The Bottom Line: The hotel, which has been open since the 1880s, has ghost spottings going back to the 1950s.
The Haunting: In the 1950s, a little boy was often seen chasing golf balls and selling them to the pro shop for extra cash. One day, he was hit by a car while running after a ball. The little boy is still seen by guests out on the course.
In the Dining Room: In the hotel's fine dining restaurant, The Trillium, a couple who were among the first guests of the hotel in the 1880s are often spotted walking down the stairs and sitting in the reception area.
In the Kitchen: On one occasion, a tall woman dressed in white spoke to a prep cook in the other restaurant, Mr. Brown's. She then walked towards him - and through him - and disappeared. The spooked cook quit his job immediately.
This is just one of the nearby hauntings I've read about

NYC BABY!
Wow, NYC was awesome. There were alot of different races there that you don't see much of here. With that however, there was alot of rudeness from the New York inhabitants. Everyone didn't care if you were there or not, as long as they got from point A to point B. My favorite part of it was Chinatown, just because everything didn't have a price, just a suggestion on what you should buy it for. I bought alot of shirts there for cheaper than they are here. That's why I liked NYC.

Ghostly Photos!
There is alot of speculation in pictures of ghosts, just due to one word, PHOTOSHOP. It's really easy to fake photos nowadays. Here are two pictures of supposed ghosts.

This is one of my favorites I've seen thus far. The circular photo in the corner is a close up on a guy in the back row, and he has some company behind him as well.

This is a picture that really makes me think people Photoshop them. This is how this story goes: Supposedly, the guy in the photo reportedly went out with his friends and he asked 1 of his friends to take his picture. While his friend was taking the picture he screamed and fainted, 2 days later he died in a medical college.
Doctors are said to have said he died because of heart attack. When the photos were exposed, in the last photo there was a lady standing right beside him though friends claim that he was standing alone. I personally think this is a lie.
There is alot more out there, but these are the two I wanted to put on this blog. There will be more to come.
Spooky Information
I've been working on catching up in this class. Mostly with the key words that I still have yet to do. One of the words is doppelgaenger, which is what to be thought of the "evil twin" in the spirit world, of a person in the real world. What I didn't know was Abraham Lincoln and those associated with him thought there was an "evil" Abraham Lincoln somewhere. This is the kind of information that keeps me motivated. Learning cool things like this that most people would never know.

Tech Problems again
My computer decided to be really slow again today. I got an article I'll read when I get home so that I have something to do. I have a few keywords in mind for my assignment. I hope my computer is in a better mood tommorow.

Still Confused
Still not sure what I'm doing for my more detailed part of my ghost research project. I had a short chat with Ms. King today, and she gave me some good ideas on how I can include more people into my research, so I can do a test of my own. I have alot of reasearch to do before I can do that though.

Late Start
I wasn't able to blog for the past two days because I was having technical problems. I wasn't able to create a name, so I just used an old one I had from a year ago.
Trouble with Research Expert topic
I want to do something on ghosts for my project. They interest me and it would be something I could stay focused on for my project. I can't think of what to do my expert topic on though. I want to do something about ghosts in either; Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, or neighboring cities or states. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
